“Sorella was created around a simple idea: Italian food doesn't need to be complicated to be memorable.”

Our kitchen draws inspiration from regional Italian cooking while embracing ingredients from Michigan farms and producers whenever possible. Pasta is rolled and cut each morning, sauces are built slowly, and the menu shifts as the growing season does.

Everything begins with quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and hospitality that makes guests feel at home. We built a dining room for long dinners rather than quick turns — one where a second bottle is always a reasonable idea.

The result is a neighborhood restaurant with an Italian heart: unhurried, generous, and grounded in the place it belongs to.
